1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Pet Decoder (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Pet Decoder is developed and operated by Verto Studios. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions? Email vertosupport@agentmail.to.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

Pet Decoder is an AI-powered entertainment app. The translations it produces are creative interpretations generated by an AI model and are not veterinary, medical, or behavioural advice. They should not be used to diagnose health issues, behavioural problems, or emotional states in your pet. If you are concerned about your pet's health or behaviour, please consult a qualified veterinarian or animal behaviourist.

3. Subscriptions

Pet Decoder offers auto-renewable subscriptions (“Pet Decoder Pro”) that unlock unlimited scans and full translation history.

  • Monthly plan: billed monthly, cancel anytime.
  • Annual plan: billed once per year at a discounted rate.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.
  • The free tier includes a limited number of scans per period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

4. Permitted Use

Pet Decoder is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to record audio of people without their consent, not to use the app to harass others, and not to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app.

5. User-Generated Content

Audio you record and share cards you generate remain your content. You are responsible for the audio you record and for any content you choose to share externally (for example, on TikTok or Instagram). Do not record audio in violation of local laws or others' privacy.

6. Privacy

Your use of Pet Decoder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verto Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pet Decoder, including any reliance you place on AI-generated translations.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Pet Decoder after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
